EM biosy 로도 배란을 알수 있나요? midluteal P 와 마찬가지로 내막이 발달했으니 배란된걸로 간주한다. 이렇게 추정하는건가요?? 퍼시픽엔 EM biosy 없고 자궁경관 점액(ferning-beaded)이 나와있어요

Dating of an endometrial biopsy, when performed by an experienced observer, is reliable within 1–2 days but is only of retrospective value. 헉 그러면 국시 복원 문제중에 배란 알 수 있는 검사 물어보는 문제 전부다 정답이겠네요

EM biopsy로 알수 있다는 reference가 멀까요.ㅠㅠ 퍼시픽 문제에 알 수 없는 것 답으로 EM biopsy가 있네요..

EM bx로 알수있다할지라도 배란이 되고 임신가능성이 있기때문에 배란여부만을 확인하기 위해선 실행치 않는게 아닐까요 & 침습적이고요...
