FAP(Familial adenomatous polyposis)과 HNPCC(hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer) 수술법 외우기

막 외우기 어렵거나 힘든 내용은 아니지만 종종 KMLE에도 나오고 해서

그냥 만든 i라 퀄리티는 떨어집니다 -_-;;

이름의 full term만 잘 생각하면 풀릴 것 같습니다.

먼저 FAP의 수술은 total protocolectomy+ileal pouch anal anastomosis 이며

HNPCC는 abdominal colectomy+ileorectal anastomosis로 수술합니다.

total protocolectomy의 Ix에는 HNPCC는 들어가지 않습니다

외우는 i는

1)FAP->F(FAP환자는) A(total<-All에서 연상) P(protocolectomy) 로 연상합니다.

2)HNPCC->H(HNPCC환자는) NPC(Non total protocolectomy)이고 C(colectomy)

이다 로 연상합니다.
