Splenectomy indication

비장절제술 적응증
SPLENectomy
S: hereditary Spherocytosis
P: idiopathic thrombocytopenic Purpura
L: Lymphoma
E: Leukemia (Lymphoma가 L이니까)
Nec: necrosis는 아니지만, 기타 양성 질환 → Splenic Cyst, Splenic Abscess, Wandering Spleen

합병증
 - Left lower lobe Atelectasis (m/c)
 - Overwhelming postsplenectomy infection: Pneumococcus(m/c), Meningococcus, H. influenzae (혈액질환, 소아에서 흔함)
재발의 가장 흔한 원인은 Accessory spleen → Splenic scan으로 진단
