achalasia(식도이완불능증) 치료법 외우기 i

achalasia는 LES smooth muscle의 denervation의해 생기는 식도 운동성 질환으로 고형식,
유동식 모두에서 음식삼키기 힘들고 통증이 있는 질환으로 식도조영술상 bird's beak와
manometry 로 진단할 수 있습니다.
치료로는 nitrate,CCB,sidenafil,botulinum toxin,ballon dilatation,Heller's extramucosal
myotomy of LES가 있습니다. 하나씩 생각해보면 외울 필요는 없지만 그래도 혹시
몰라 만들어 봤습니다
외우는 i는 대화형식으로 외웁니다-_-;;
"나 achalasia래.어쩌지?"
"니 바보야? CS서 myotomy 수술받으면 되잖아"
하나씩 풀어보면-_-;;
"니(Nitrates) 바(Ballon dilatation)보(Botulinum toxin)야? C(CCB)S(sidenafil)서
