폐암 위치별 흔한 종류

central: squamous cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer

peripheral: adenocarcinoma, large cell cancer

C-ss, PAL

예후가 나쁜 폐암에 걸렸다면!! 욕이 나오겠죠;; C-PAL..

Central은 발음이 비슷한 C-SS로 외우시구요^^

아니면 앞글자를 강조해준다는 생각에서 ssC-PAL로 생각하셔도 되요~

추가로 SqCC의 특징으로 smoker에 많고, cavity를 형성하며 hypercalcemia가 많다는 것은

SqCC의 대문자인 SCC로 외워주시면 됩니다^^

저는 그냥 약자가 가능한 것들은 central이다로 외웠는데.. SCC( squamous cell carcinoma)랑 SCLC(small cell lung cancer)은 Cenrtral! 나머지 (adenocarcinoma, bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, large cell carcinoma)는 peropheral!
