EM biosy 로도 배란을 알수 있나요? midluteal P 와 마찬가지로 내막이 발달했으니 배란된걸로 간주한다. 이렇게 추정하는건가요??
퍼시픽엔 EM biosy 없고 자궁경관 점액(ferning-beaded)이 나와있어요
Endometrial secretory activity during the luteal phase is usually indicative of ovulation and corpus luteum formation. Dating of an endometrial biopsy, when performed by an experienced observer, is reliable within 1–2 days but is only of retrospective value. A good correlation has been observed between corpus luteum and endometrial dates and the time of BBT nadir, estradiol peak, and midcycle surge of LH.

헉 그러면 국시 복원 문제중에 배란 알 수 있는 검사 물어보는 문제 전부다 정답이겠네요

EM biopsy로 알수 있다는 reference가 멀까요.ㅠㅠ 퍼시픽 문제에 알 수 없는 것 답으로 EM biopsy가 있네요..

EM bx로 알수있다할지라도 배란이 되고 임신가능성이 있기때문에 배란여부만을 확인하기 위해선 실행치 않는게 아닐까요 & 침습적이고요...
